Welcome to our weblog! We've just started this weblog and will try to keep you posted on our experiences during our travels. Hope you are having as much fun as we are!
Another beautiful sunny, dry day! On our way south, we saw tree covered mountains, long winding rivers, and rolling hills of golden hay in the Palouse region south of Spokane.
Once we arrived at the Davenport Hotel, we were in awe of the decor, elegance and the history of this magnificent hotel which opened in 1914 and was completely restored in 2002 (saved from complete demolition). If you take time to read more about it & look at the granduer, you won't regret it. Here is the link: http://www.thedavenporthotel.com/index.php?act=/history
If any of you are having trouble finding our pictures, just look up toward to top of the page for the tab marked "photos", then click on it for the pictures. Also click on each pictue to see the caption along with the photo.
Signing off for now, gotta rest up for another day of riding tomorrow, off to Moses Lake. ENJOY THE PICTURES!
